But then a little bag arrives from the Pediatric floor staff. Filled with all those little comforts that you so need. They give you a lift, they refresh your body....and your soul. Just when you thought the world was against you, someone, somewhere out there, took the time to give you a little hope and love.
This is what "a little ELLAgance" is about. Providing essentials in a desperate time of need. Providing hope when it may be all that's left to hold onto.
Our little ELLAgance bags are created with love by volunteers. Volunteers who collected items from a trip, a girl scout collection, or gave directly to this cause. Other volunteers assembled bags, tied bows, or attached an inspirational message. Some bags are even created by children's groups or schools.
Thank you to this beautiful group of Moms from the Morris Plains Moms Club! We had so much fun making bags (and drinking wine)!!! :)Type your paragraph here.
Thank you to Sue Quiroga and John Sumas and Sue Gissubel of ShopRite for their generous donation...
We are so grateful to the groups of young people who continue to make our bags on a regular basis....The students from Celebrate the Children in Denville, NJ make approximately 100 bags per month for us. There are multiple Girl Scout Troops that have held events to make bags. Various youth groups in the area and in Southern NJ are about to embark on assembling bags continuously as well! We are so proud! Thank you!
